Clear scopes, clear prices.
Even at the high end, a fraction of what an agency charges.
Service options
Strategy Session
$150
A focused 90-minute working session: platform recommendations, workflow design, system architecture, and an honest read on your options and what to do first. Advice only, no build. For when you need a thinking partner more than a builder.
Discovery
$400, credited toward your build
The paid first step before a build, in one of two flavors. A Tech Stack Audit if you’ve built something that’s straining: a written review of what you’re paying for, how it connects, and what to keep, cut, replace, or consolidate, with current vs. recommended monthly spend and a prioritized action list. Or Build Scoping if you’re making something new: a clear definition of what the system should do and the simplest real path to build it. Move ahead with a build within 45 days and the full $400 comes off your project, so it’s effectively free if you go ahead.
Starter Build
$1,500–$2,500
A focused single-system project: typically an Airtable base with automation, or a simple Shopify + Airtable connection. Defined scope, defined deliverable, complete handoff. Most Starter Builds take about 2 to 3 weeks of active work, and every build is covered by a 30-day fix-it-free warranty.
Standard Build
$3,000–$5,000
A full operational system. Shopify + Airtable integration, automations, multi-platform connections, complete documentation, an access audit, and a recorded walkthrough so you (or anyone on your team) can run it confidently. Most Standard Builds take about 3 to 6 weeks of active work. Covered by a 30-day fix-it-free warranty, plus a complimentary first month of proactive support.
Custom / Complex Build
Quoted
Something bigger you can picture but can’t build yet? A few systems working as one, a manual process that finally runs itself, a custom tool that doesn’t exist off the shelf. I find the simplest real way to make it work, build it, and hand it off so it’s yours. Scoped individually after Discovery, with a target window set in your proposal. Covered by the same 30-day fix-it-free warranty and a complimentary first month of proactive support.
Wondering what you actually get? See a sample Tech Stack Audit (PDF) ↓, anonymized but real in shape.
My promise on Discovery: you see the price up front, I weigh it against the real scale of what you need, and if the deliverable clearly misses what we agreed it would cover, tell me and I’ll make it right, or refund it.
Builds are 50% to start, 50% when it’s done, and if you did a paid Discovery first, that $400 comes off your deposit. The flat price is the price: if a build runs longer than I expected, that’s on me, not your invoice. You’re never locked into a long contract either.
I’m a fit if you’ve built something real and want it to run better, or you’ve got an idea you need turned into a working system you can run yourself. I’m probably not your person if you need a large consumer app, a full custom software product, or something that needs 24/7 on-call coverage. Not sure? Ask. I’d rather point you to the right help than sell you the wrong thing.
Ongoing support
A relationship, not a lock-in.
Every build comes with a 30-day fix-it-free warranty at no cost. Beyond that, support is entirely optional and opt-in. Standard and Custom builds include a complimentary first month of proactive support (light monitoring, small tweaks, and a check-in); after that, two simple plans, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Maintenance Only
$100/month
Monitoring that your system keeps running, small fixes when something needs a nudge, and email support within two business days. Someone who already knows your system, a message away.
Maintenance + Meeting
$200/month
Everything above, plus a 30-minute monthly check-in and a short written summary, to catch friction early, plan ahead, and spot what could run better before it becomes a problem.
The goal is that you stay because it’s useful, not because you’re stuck.
If budget’s a barrier
Reach out anyway.
These prices are a fraction of what an agency charges, but “affordable” is relative, and I know every dollar counts when you’re small. If the cost is a genuine barrier, say so. I started small too. Whether it’s a smaller first scope, a phased plan, or just honest advice on what to tackle first, the conversation is always welcome.
The goal is small businesses succeeding, not only the ones who can already afford the full thing.

Know someone who could use this?
Most of my work comes from someone telling a friend. So if you point a business my way and they come on as a client, you get a free month of monthly check-ins as a thank-you: a 30-minute review to keep your own systems running smoothly. Send more than one, and the months stack.
No codes, no forms. They just mention your name.
