Services

Clear scopes, clear prices.

Even at the high end, a fraction of what an agency charges.

Tech Stack Audit

$350–$500

A structured review of everything you’re paying for, how it all connects, and what should change. You get a written report with specific recommendations — keep, cut, replace, consolidate — your current vs. recommended monthly spend, and a prioritized action list. If it saves you $200/month in subscriptions, it pays for itself in two months.

Consultation

$80–$100/hour

Thinking and guidance without a build. Platform recommendations, workflow design, system architecture, AI tool evaluation. For when you need a thinking partner more than a builder.

Starter Build

$1,500–$2,500

A focused single-system project — typically an Airtable base with automation, or a simple Shopify + Airtable connection. Defined scope, defined deliverable, complete handoff.

Standard Build

$3,000–$5,000

A full operational system. Shopify + Airtable integration, automations, multi-platform connections, complete documentation, an access audit, and a recorded walkthrough so you (or anyone on your team) can run it confidently.

Bring an idea to life

Custom build — quoted

Have something you can picture but can’t build yet? This is the path. Multiple systems, complex integrations, an app on Railway, an AI-powered pipeline — we find the simplest real way to make it work, build it, and hand it off so it’s yours. Scoped individually after a thorough conversation.

Ongoing support

A relationship, not a lock-in.

After a project ships, a retainer keeps someone who knows your system within reach. Two tiers, clearly defined.

Maintenance

$75–$100/month

Monitoring, small fixes, and support when you need it. Someone who already knows your system, a message away.

Maintenance + Monthly Check-In

$150–$200/month

Everything above, plus a 30-minute monthly review to catch friction early, plan ahead, and spot what could run better.

The goal is that you stay because it’s useful — not because you’re stuck.

If budget’s a barrier

Reach out anyway.

These prices are a fraction of agency rates — but “affordable” is relative, and we know every dollar counts when you’re small. If the cost is a genuine barrier, say so. We started small too. Whether it’s a smaller first scope, a phased plan, or just honest advice on what to tackle first, the conversation is always welcome.

The goal is small businesses succeeding — not only the ones who can already afford the full thing.

Know someone who could use this?

Most of my work comes from someone telling a friend. So if you point a business my way and they come on as a client, you get a free month of monthly check-ins as a thank-you — a 30-minute review to keep your own systems running smoothly. Send more than one, and the months stack.

No codes, no forms — they just mention your name.
